Speaker: Susan Head, Disability Rights NJ will talk about the Client Assistance Program which was established as a mandatory program by the 1984 Amendments to the Rehabilitation Act. CAP advocates for and protects the rights of individuals with disabilities who are seeking or receiving rehabilitation
All DDHH Advisory Council meetings are fully accessible with sign language interpreters, assistive listening devices (ALDs) and CART (realtime captioning).
