The Treatment Team is composed of a multi-disciplinary group of clinicians.  The Team consists of the treating Psychiatrist, who is the clinical team leader.  Other members are representatives from each clinical discipline such as Psychology, Medicine, Nursing, Social Services, Rehabilitation Services, Clinical Nutrition, Clinical Nurse Specialist and Pastoral Services.  Other members may include Community services like PACT and ICMS.

The Treatment Team develops the patients' individualized comprehensive treatment plan in collaboration with the patient and, with the patient approval, the patient's family/significant other.

The Team assesses the patient for any changes in his/her condition, behavior and response to the interventions.  The patient's problems, status, progress and outstanding issues are compiled in the progress notes.

The Team supports the principles of live recovery and by building recovery skills, the patient moves towards a least restrictive setting and community
re-entry.

Treatment Teams meet regularly on all of the units in the hospital.
