The Division of Mental Health Services (DMHS) is led by Assistant Commissioner Lynn Kovich. The central office is located in Trenton and there are two regional offices, one located on the grounds of Ancora Psychiatric Hospital and the other in Patterson. DMHS oversees the State’s psychiatric hospitals-Ancora Psychiatric Hospital, Trenton Psychiatric Hospital, Senator Garrett W. Hagedorn Psychiatric Hospital, Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital and the Ann Klein Forensic Center- and over 120 community mental health services contracts.
