This executive order terminates Order No. 37 (Florio)

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 37, issued on July 19, 1991, declared a limited State of Emergency in Ocean County in response to the impediment to the use of Route 9, a State highway in Lacey Township, caused by the destruction of a traffic bridge on a crucial portion of Route 9 due to severe weather conditions and substantial flooding; and

WHEREAS, the traffic bridge has been repaired and reopened with no load restrictions posted and its structural integrity has been restored;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JAMES J. FLORIO, Governor of the State of New Jersey, announce that the limited State of Emergency is hereby terminated and that Executive Order No. 37 is rescinded.

Lord, one thousand nine hundred and
ninety-one, and of the Independence
of the United States, the two hundred
and sixteenth.
