N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.13 and 9.6

Take notice that the Office of Administrative Law has discovered typographic errors in the text of N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.13 and 9.6. Effective June 6, 2005, amendments were adopted to N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.13 and 9.6(a) amending some of the fees set forth therein. See 37 N.J.R. 206(a) and 2041(b). As processed for publication by the Office of Administrative Law, the adopted text of those rules included revisions necessary to reflect amendments changing certain uses of "registration" to "license" (in N.J.A.C. 13:35-6.13) and of "Registration" to "Certification" (in N.J.A.C. 13:35-9.6(a)) that were adopted effective April 18, 2005. See 36 N.J.R. 4633(a) and 37 N.J.R. 1203(a). However, those revisions were not reflected in the published notice of adoption or in the rule text as contained in the 6/6/05 Code update. Through this notice of administrative corrections, published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7, the amendments of the two rulemakings are reconciled.
