Adopted: March 14, 2002 by the New Jersey State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners, Florence Schatten, President.

Filed: March 22, 2002 as R.2002 d.125, with a technical change not requiring additional public notice and comment (see N.J.A.C. 1:30-6.3).

Authority: N.J.S.A. 45:8B-13.

Effective Date: April 15, 2002.
Expiration Date: October 22, 2003.

No comments were received.

Summary of Changes Upon Adoption:

The Board has made a technical change to the rule upon adoption removing the word "annual" in the section heading because not all of the fees in the fee schedule are due annually.

Federal Standards Statement

A Federal standards analysis is not required because the adopted amendment is governed by N.J.S.A. 45:14B-1 et seq., and is not subject to any Federal standards or requirements.
