Notice of Administrative Correction

Fee Schedule

Take notice that the Division of Consumer Affairs has discovered an error in the text of N.J.A.C. 13:40-6.1(a)5. As adopted effective May 4, 1998, this paragraph established a retired license fee of $ 40.00. See 30 N.J.R. 290(a) and 1618(a). However, in the production of the 5-4-98 Code update, the amount of the fee was omitted from the rule text. Through this notice, published pursuant to N.J.A.C. 1:30-2.7, the paragraph text is corrected to include the fee amount.

13:40-6.1 Fee schedule

(a) The following fees shall be charged by the Board:
