Copy of the resolutions to be acted upon at the 2009 NCARB Resolutions to be acted upon at the 2009 Annual Meeting and Conference. The following resolutions are attached for board review:

2 Jack Ruthazer

Summary: At the May 14th meeting, the Board reviewed the application file of Jack Ruthazer, which was forwarded from the Interior Design Examination and Evaluation Committee for the Board’s review and action. Subsequent to reviewing the application, the Board unanimously voted to send a letter advising Mr. Ruthazer that he must submit the documents, which clearly depicts his diversified interior design services experience as previously requested by the Interior Design Evaluation and Examination Committee. The letter was sent on May 15th to Mr. Ruthazer.

6/11/09 Copy of a letter dated May 20, 2009 addressed to Attorney General Anne Milgram was received from Jack Ruthazer regarding his application for interior design certification is attached for Board review.

BOARD TO REVIEW

2 Weintraub, Leland - On April 9, 2009, the Board determined to request Mr. Weintraub provide documentation that his landscape architecture degree from City College of New York was accredited at the time he graduated.

Attached is a copy of a May 5, 2009, letter from Ronald Leighton of LAAB advising that the program was accredited in 1973 and appeared on the 1974-75 list of accredited programs
