NEW BUSINESS

1. ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 37651

Seeks to establish 18-month moratorium on promulgation of new administrative rules and issuance of new policy circular letters by State Agencies. It was introduced on February 9, 2009 and referred to the Assembly State Government Committee.

2. SENATE BILL 1467

Seeks to require hospitals to report certain injuries to local and State police. It was introduced on March 6, 2008 and referred to the Senate Committee on Public Safety and Veterans’ Affairs. On or about January 26, 2009, it was reported out of Committee with a second reading.
