a. E-mail from Greg Bottoms, inquiring as to whether his company which makes the Inogen One, a portable oxygen concentrator would need any additional licensing to sell to Home Medical Equipment Providers in New Jersey. He already has a Drug and Medical Device Certification of Registration as a Manufacturer from the New Jersey Dept. Of Health and Senior Services Consumer and Environmental Health Services.

b. E-mail from Santosh Kumar, inquiring as whether he is eligible for New Jersey respiratory care licensure . He stated that has completed a four years Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Therapy (BSET) from a recognized Medical University in India. He also did Advance Level Associate Science in Respiratory Therapy (ASRT) from California College for Health Science, Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2005, he had MOU with CCHS, IU and Manipal University to offer ASRT Diploma for the BSRT students of Manipal University through distance mode, but the Clinical Evaluation done by the CCHS, IU appointed external examiner (RRT) from Us.
