The following is an URGENT MESSAGE for individuals who need to be fingerprinted as part of the process of applying for a professional license or registration from the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and/or its licensing boards or committees.

Individuals who HAVE AN APPOINTMENT TO BE FINGERPRINTED:

Please be aware that several of the MorphoTrust locations are currently closed. Even if you have a scheduled appointment, you may not be able to be fingerprinted.

Before leaving for your appointment, please call the Division of Consumer Affairs' Consumer Service Center at 877-746-7850 (toll-free within New Jersey) or 973-273-8003 to learn whether your MorphoTrust location is open, or whether you will need to reschedule your appointment.

Individuals SEEKING TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO BE FINGERPRINTED:

Please be aware that the MorphoTrust hotline and website may not be operational. If you are unable to make an appointment by calling the MorphoTrust toll-free number at 877-503-5981 or its website www.bioapplicant.com/nj, please call the Division of Consumer Affairs' Consumer Service Center at 877-746-7850 (toll-free within New Jersey) or 973-273-8003 to learn how to set up an appointment.
