Mr. Cosoleto has an extensive criminal record dating back more than 30 years. On March 19, 2002, Peter Cosoleto was indicted in United States District Court, Eastern District of New York for racketeering conspiracy; conspiracy to distribute marijuana; and, illegal gambling.
