On
January 6, 1984, the respondent pled guilty to charges of swindling
and cheating at casino gaming, inter alia, in violation of N.J.S.A.
5:12-113(a). He had participated in a slot cheat ring in operation
between approximately April 23, 1982, through December 1982, at
Caesar's Boardwalk Regency Hotel/Casino and at Harrah's Marina Hotel/Casino.
He was sentenced to one year probation, 15 days in Atlantic City
jail and was fined $2,000.
