Statement of the Division of Criminal Justice

The Division of Criminal Justice today received a written Order from Burlington County Superior Court Judge Ronald E. Bookbinder, P.J. Ch. clarifying the details of the March 21, 2005 conference call in the matter of Rosenberg v. State of New Jersey, et al. Judge Bookbinder Ordered:

1. No substantive action is taken on the State’s application for a stay at this time.
2. The parties remain in the procedural position that they held on March 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.
