Burlington City, New Jersey

Why:
The 2005 “Click It or Ticket” mobilization has yielded significant
results in New Jersey. We will be announcing the official Seat
Belt Usage Rate resulting from the CIOT campaign and what it
means to the motoring public in the Garden State.
