Master Sgt. Kiesling received the award for his work as the supervisor for the Fabric Shop.  “As the leader of a team which loads and processes cargo for Wing deployments and most recently the Strategic Operational Readiness Inspection, you have guided your team to near perfection.  During this inspection after a half a day observing the cargo processing, the inspectors stopped the exercise stating they did not need to see any more.  They were very impressed and satisfied with your ability to take several diverse areas of the team and make them into a common goal, resulting in a first-class operation.”

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs which is the state headquarters for both the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard and responsible for the administration of state veterans programs, has more than 1,500 employees at 60 locations throughout the state.
