Dedication of Combined New Jersey National Guard And New Jersey Law & Public Safety Joint Use Training FacilityWho: New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs What: Dedication of the New Jersey National Guard and New Jersey When: July 26 at 10 a.m. Where: Building 37, National Guard Training Center, Sea Girt, New Jersey Directions: Take exit 98 off the Garden State Parkway, this connects to Route 34 South. At the first traffic circle take Route 35 North through the second traffic circle. You will then come to a traffic light, turn right on Sea Girt Avenue. After you cross Route 71 and the railroad tracks you will see the National Guard Training Center on your right. From there you will be directed on where to park for the ceremony. Details: The facility will be used for comprehensive law enforcement
training for police officer recruits and in-service training for police
officers from across the state. This will include all forms of law enforcement
training from case law to fire arms to investigative techniques. The
New Jersey National Guard will utilize the facility’s classroom
space, as well as overnight accommodations.
