Capt. Bobinis received the award for outstanding service as the Commander of the 150th Adjutant General Detachment, which is assigned to the 50th Personnel Support Battalion, New Jersey Army National Guard from June 1, 2002 to Feb. 28, 2003.  “Capt. Bobinis’s unit has consistently adhered to his high standards in attendance, appearance and training. His leadership and guidance helped prepare the 150th for mobilization in January 2003,” stated Lt. Col. Danielson, Commander, 50th Personnel Support Battalion.  “These achievements reflect greatly upon Capt. Bobinis, the Army, the New Jersey Army National Guard and the proud tradition of the 50th Personnel Support Battalion.”
