Westville Resident Joins New Jersey Army National Guard
Westville resident Pvt. Justin K. Russell will serve as an Infantryman with Headquarters and Headquarters Company 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Woodbury, after completing Basic Training at Fort Benning, Ga. He enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Feb. 8. He enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard on Feb. 8.

to attend college tuition free, while earning a part-time income and serving
