Details: The 253rd Transportation Company of the New Jersey Army National Guard will hold a Change of Command Ceremony for the outgoing commander Capt. Michael Princz and the incoming commander Capt. Michael Ciarrocca.  The 253rd Transportation Company, which is assigned to the 57th Troop Command, was one of the New Jersey Army National Guard units that were called up to serve in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait during Desert Storm/Desert Shield.
