Phillipsburg resident Pvt. Jason Vazquez has been assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 102nd Armor, located at the National Guard Armory in Port Murray, as an Armor Crew Member, after completing Basic Training at Fort Knox, Ky.
