| Proposed Technical / Grammatical Changes To NJAC 5A:4 Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans' Memorial Cemetery
The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs, Office of the Adjutant General, Brigadier General Glenn K. Rieth, has proposed certain grammatical and technical changes to the chapter governing the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery located in North Hanover Township, New Jersey.
The New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs proposes certain grammatical and technical changes to N.J.A.C. 5A:4, pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 38A:3-2.2; 38A:3-6(o); and 38A:3-6(u). Such amendments are intended to avoid ambiguities in language and errors in grammar.
The adoption of these changes is necessary to alleviate confusion among eligible veterans and/or their eligible family members and funeral directors as to pre- registration, grave-site selection, provision of honor guards, cemetery operations and eligibility of non-veteran spouses who re-marry.
The entire notice of proposed changes will be published in the New Jersey Register on March 15, 2004. The public has 60 days in which to comment. Persons wishing to make comments may do so in writing to:
