Morristown resident Pvt. Omar S. Tyler has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the Service Company 3rd Battalion, 112th Field Artillery located at the National Guard Armory in Morristown as a cannon crewmember after completing basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
