Charles A. Ragucci (right), Director of Logistics, NJARNG, and Lt. Col. John Nunn (left), Surface Maintenance Manager for the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, made the presentation during a special ceremony held at Fort Dix.  The Award recognizes New Jersey Army National Guard units and maintenance shops that demonstrate the highest levels of excellence in their maintenance programs.
