Beachwood resident Staff Sgt. Anthony C. Mauro has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the 42nd Regional Support Group, located at the National Guard Armory in Somerset as a Chaplains Assistant, after he completes basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C.
