Keansburg resident Pvt. James Riggs has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with Company B, 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Freehold as an Infantryman, after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
