Manahawkin resident Pfc. Michael W. Spiecker has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with B Battery 3rd Battalion, 112th Field Artillery, located at the National Guard Armory in Toms River as a Cannon Crewman, after he completes basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
