WHO/WHAT: Sen. Robert E. Littell will speak at the opening of the New Jersey Army National Guard Recruiting office. The move into the Franklin Armory has already paid dividends for the Army Guard with 16 new recruits from the area.

This year the New Jersey Army National Guard Recruiting Command will have exceeded the annual recruiting mission for the third year in a row with more than 1,450 new recruits.
