Gillette resident Pvt. John Elivk has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 113th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Riverdale, as a Food Service Operator after completing basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
