Beverly Resident Joins New Jersey Army National Guard
Beverly resident Pfc. Donna M. Phipps will be assigned to 150th Adjutant General Corps, located at the National Guard Armory at Fort Dix after completing basic training at Fort Jackson, Ga.
Anyone interested in joining the New Jersey Army National Guard and wants
to attend college tuition free, while earning a part-time income and serving
