Berlin resident Pfc. Stephen R. Balsamo has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with Company A, 1-114th Infantry, located at the National Guard Armory in Mount Holly as a Unit Supply Specialist, after he completes basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
