National Guard Invites Clergy To Attend Training Session
MEDIA CALL 609-530-6942 to register and arrive at Fort Dix Visitor's Center parking lot next to the Route 68 Checkpoint at 10 a.m. for escort to the event
WHO/WHAT: The Chaplains' Corps of the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard will host Civilian Clergy Day designed to help civilian worshiping communities better understand the unique issues of today's military personnel and their families.
Guest speakers include Maj. Gen. Glenn K. Rieth, The Adjutant General of the New Jersey, Brig. Gen. Maria Falca-Dodson, the Deputy Adjutant General, Col. (Chaplain) Vincent Inghiterra of the Army and Dr. Nancy Ferrara, well known psychologist.
WHEN: Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
WHERE: Joint Training and Training Development Center, Fort Dix
The free program is open to clergy of all faiths and will begin with a Continental Breakfast and Fellowship, followed by a presentation aimed at ministering to today's Soldiers/Airman and their families starting at 10 a.m. |
