Philadelphia resident Pvt. Terrance Bernard has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with A Company, 1st Battalion, 114th Infantry located at the National Guard Armory in Mount Holly, as an Infantryman after completing basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
