Phillipsburg resident Pvt. Jeremy Ryan Walker has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with 2nd battalion, 113th Infantry located at the National Guard Armory in Port Murray as an Infantryman after completing basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
