Civil Air Patrol cadets will be conducting a wreath-laying ceremony at the gravesites at the Vineland Veterans Memorial Home at 12 noon on Thursday, Dec. 14.

      This year marks the 15th anniversary of the “Wreaths Across America” project, where volunteers place memorial wreaths at more than 270 state and national cemeteries and monuments across the country.
