Details:
The 108th Air Refueling Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard, and
the 514th Air Mobility Wing of the Air Force Reserve, both based at McGuire
Air Force Base, N.J., will be breaking ground on a new Joint Medical Training
Facility (JMTF). The JMTF will provide the "Guardians of Freedom"
of the 108th ARW and the 514th AMW with a consolidated administrative
and training area attached to the active-duty Air Force medical facility.
This facility will be the Air Guard/Reserve link in Team McGuire's consolidated
Active-Duty, Guard and Reserve state-of-the-art medical complex.
Directions:
NJ Turnpike to exit 7. (As you leave the NJ Turnpike, call 609-203-4984
or 609-865-2404) Follow signs for Rt. 206 South. Turn left onto Rt. 68
towards McGuire AFB and Fort Dix. Turn left on Saylor's Pond Road. Turn
right at 3rd traffic light. Enter McGuire AFB at the 24-hr-gate, Gate
#2. A public affairs representative will meet you and escort you onto
McGuire AFB.
