Moorestown resident Pfc. Andrew Garnier has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the C Company, 250th Forward Support Battalion located at the National Guard Armory in Sea Girt, as a Radiology Specialist after completing basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
