Willingboro resident Pvt. Steven Balducci has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 42nd Division Support Command located at the National Guard Armory in Somerset, as a Unit Supply Specialist after completing basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
