Details: The Army Combat Action Badge has been awarded to Staff Sgts. Frank Carvill and Humberto Timoteo, Sgt. Ryan Doltz, and Spc. Christopher Duffy.  This ceremony will present the badges to the family members of the fallen Soldiers.   The Combat Action Badge provides special recognition to Soldiers who personally engage the enemy, or are engaged by the enemy during combat operations.
