Franklinville Resident Joins New Jersey Army National Guard

Pfc. Ruelan is a Delsea Regional High School senior and a Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Cadet. She has been assigned to A Company, 250th Signal Battalion located at the National Guard Armory in Cherry Hill. After completing Basic Training at Fort Jackson, S.C., she will attend Advanced Individual Training as a Cable Systems Installation Specialist.
