North Plainfield resident Pvt. Scott Rickvalsky has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 42nd Regional Support Group, located at the National Guard Armory in Somerset, as an Information Systems Operator after completing basic training at Fort Sill, Okla.
