Tuckerton resident Pvt. Robert Paynter has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the 110th Engineer Utility Detachment, located at the National Guard Armory in Sea Girt as an Interior Electrician after he completes basic training at Fort Benning, Ga.
