Tuckahoe resident Pvt. Justin Miller has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the 253rd Transportation Company, located at the National Guard Armory in Cape May Court House as a wheeled vehicle mechanic, after he completes basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C.
