Penns Grove resident Pvt. Tiera Davis has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with A Company, 250th Forward Support Battalion located at the National Guard Armory in Sea Girt as a Unit Supply Specialist after she completes basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C.
