Philadelphia resident Pvt. Charles Cropper has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the Joint Force Headquarters – New jersey, located at the National Guard Armory in Fort Dix, as a Personnel Administrative Specialist after he completes basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
