East Windsor resident Pvt. Robert Anthony Pipher has enlisted in the New Jersey Army National Guard and will serve with the 250th Brigade Support Battalion, located at the National Guard Armory in Bordentown, as a Light-Wheel Mechanic after completing basic training at Fort Jackson, S.C.
