General of New Jersey, cut the ribbon officially opening Homeland Security
Center Of Excellence January 4. The Homeland Security Center Of Excellence
will serve as the focal point for Department of Military and Veterans Affairs
and the New Jersey Army and Air National Guards’ involvement in domestic
security activities within New Jersey. The Center is capable of supporting
multiple, simultaneous emergency response operations, while integrating
the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard capabilities into the state
emergency response system.
