Freedom Salute Ceremony To Honor NJ Guard Soldiers At Flemington Armory
Who/What: The Leadership of the New Jersey Army National Guard will honor the 18 Soldiers of the 250th Finance Detachment who served in Operation Iraqi Freedom, their families and those who supported them while deployed from August 2005 to November 2006.
When: Sunday, May 6 at 10 a.m.
Where: Army National Guard Armory, 422 State Hwy. 12, Raritan Twp.
More Details: In addition to the troops' family members and friends, local elected officials, community representatives, senior leaders of the New Jersey Army and Air National Guard, veterans organizations and family support personnel from around the state will be at the event.
The Freedom Salute Campaign is the one of the largest Army National Guard recognition endeavors in history, designed to publicly acknowledge Army National Guard Soldiers and those who supported them during the President's call to duty for recent military operations.
