Lawrenceville welcomes home Soldiers
Soldiers of the 50th Personnel Services Battalion, 250th Personnel Services Detachment and the Afghan National Army Embedded Training Team (Task Force Phoenix) parade down Eggert Crossing Road in Lawrenceville, N.J. This was part of the Welcome Home Ceremony held at the National Guard Armory in Lawrenceville on March 9. The Ceremony welcomed home the Soldiers from the 50th Personnel Services Battalion, 250th Personnel Services Detachment and the Afghan National Army Embedded Training Team (Task Force Phoenix). The Soldiers successfully completed year-long deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom part of the ongoing Global War on Terrorism. The celebration included a visit by New Jersey Governor Jon S. Corzine, and a parade of the Soldiers down Eggert Crossing Road.
