The mission of the J-3 (Plans, Operations and Training) is to provide properly trained, modernized, combat ready National Guard units for mobilization and deployment in support of the nation's military strategy.
The J-3 will further provide reliable, effective emergency response forces in support of state emergency operations, counter drug and community revitalization programs.
